About the Event
Gallery by the Lake members and instructors Angelle Boyette and Brittany Manuel will lead a workshop on how to make a print of a fish following the Japanese art form, Gyotaku. Don’t worry; we have some rubber fish that are cast from real fish, and we’ll use those. We are looking forward to this as our first class taught at the recently-opened Children's Museum of SWLA at Port Wonder on North Lakeshore Drive.
Fees are $35 per person, or $30 for members of Gallery by the Lake and include a $5 supply fee. We will provide paper, paint, and all the other supplies you’ll need. The class is suitable for adults and accompanied children age 8 or older. Seats are limited, so please register early.
