About the Event
Learn basic paper quilling techniques and combine them in various ways to make flower shapes and other spring decor. These small paper crafts can be used on note cards or as other decorations. Class led by Gallery by the Lake member Christy Stipelcovich. Materials will be provided. Course fee: $35, or $30 for full members of Gallery by the Lake.
